What do you call a regime that denies citizens due process of law, imposes taxation without representation and conveniently passes new laws solely for the purpose of advancing its agenda? Totalitarian?

What if that same regime not only creates new bureaucracies and special police to enforce its laws of convenience, but continues to limit the options of freedom beyond all reason by expanding restrictions and backing them up with ever more severe penalties? Fascist?

Such a reign controls the media for its own propagandistic purposes and denies any recourse to those it victimizes and whom it openly seeks to exterminate, by legislative and social if not physical genocide. We submit that each and every one of these conditions aptly apply to what is currently taking place with the initiative of public health fanatics and bureaucratic zealots promoting a smoke free society.`

Never doubt this. It is easy enough to verify it, but you will have to do so on the internet - the conventional media are too politically correct to provide the other side of the story. (And now there are those who even want to control the internet, the last refuge of democracy. Only there do all sides of a story see the light of day. But back to the anti-smoking atrocities.)

The prohibitionist control addicts are also corrupting science with fraudulent studies, doctored reports and juggled statistics. Furthermore, their disregard for the court system is so complete that when they can’t control it with internal bias they totally ignore it. This has been the case with the EPA’s secondhand smoke scam which has been torn apart and disallowed in federal court but which continues to be repeated as if it were gospel. The truth is, claims of the toxic effect of sidestream smoke are malicious myths unsupported by any legitimate data. While their ill-tempered zero tolerance for smoking and smokers may be repugnant, the real danger is its destructive effect on the over all social structure ultimately effecting smokers and non-smokers alike.

So called ‘tobacco control’ is nothing more than arrogant behavior control focusing on profit rather than health. Since it has become such a cash cow that can be milked for billions -- in perpetuity, as the criminal tobacco settlement openly states - it is unlikely that that tobacco will ever be actually outlawed; too many leaches, public and private, are dependent on it for their ill-gotten livelihood. In the meantime they malignantly eat away at the foundations of freedom and democracy, the very future of which are at stake.

We hear a lot about the lies and deceptions of the tobacco companies, now how about exposing the lies and deceptions of the anti-tobacco people, especially the health professionals willing to sell themselves down the river for political correctness?
